Prior to founding Competitive Metrics, Jackie was Vice President of Product Management with Morgan Stanley’s MSCI index division based in London, England. She has assumed the role of Vice President of Private Investment Management with Integra Capital, and of Group Manager, Marketing Strategy and Planning with TD Canada Trust, both in Toronto. She has also held positions with Danone S.A. as well as Du Pont and DMC in Europe and Asia. |

Jackie has interviewed senior trading, portfolio management and operations professionals and executives at 48 buy-side firms across Canada with aggregate assets of more than C$1.4 trillion. She is the author of the “2007 Canadian Buy-side Equity Trading: Exchange, Upstairs, ATSs, What’s Next?” Study and the 2005 “Canadian Buy-side Electronic Trading and Best Execution Study”. The studies highlight the direction that buy-side trading is taking, and identify opportunities for buy and sell side firms and the marketplaces to take advantage of the change.
Jackie has also authored comprehensive research on investment manager operational efficiency and STP status, and how buy-side firms in Canada use technology to enhance competitiveness. |
